A new five storey Lift project procured on a traditional pre designed basis, providing a wide range of health services, situated in the heart of Blackburn Town Centre. The building has a range of mechanical services and once completed will be a focal point in the town. Whilst the project is a familiar type of scheme to ourselves, there are a number of interesting logistical challenges ahead .
