Dale Grove Primary Referral Unit

A new build two storey primary referral unit designed for teaching children with challenging behaviour. Whilst the building has classroom / teaching / staff  areas the installation is to take note of the higher design / performance criteria set by these types of establishments with particular emphasis on lower noise levels of plant and more robust on show services. The project has again been procured on a design and build basis which will be carried out both in house and with an external consultant.
